Pamela Barrett, CSW - Therapist

Pamela (she/her) approaches therapy with a deep commitment to listening well with an open heart, partnering with individuals on their unique therapeutic journey. 

She understands that healing and growth often require addressing multiple aspects of a person’s life, and works with clients of all ages. Her broad professional background and diverse life experiences inform her work, allowing her to connect with clients from all walks of life.

Pamela received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Utah, and has worked with clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Parent Management Training, and Trauma-Focused CBT. 

She enjoys almost any creative pursuit, exploration, and adventure, especially in the mountains with her therapy dog, Luca.

Talysha Rubey, LCMHC is Pamela’s clinical supervisor.
