Many of our clinicians are in-network providers with SelectHealth, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, EMI Health, University of Utah Health Plans, and DMBA plans. 

If you have insurance through a different insurance company, RMC Counseling will provide you with a statement to submit for possible partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $120 fee for the missed appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Your insurance provider cannot be billed in this circumstance.

Yes, some of our therapists offer exclusively in-person sessions while others offer exclusively telehealth sessions. Most of our therapists offer a mixture of both in-person and telehealth sessions.

Many of our clinicians offer in-person and telehealth counseling. Telehealth counseling uses a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Prior to your scheduled telehealth session, you will be emailed a link that will take you directly to the "client lobby" where your therapist will join you for the session.

We are in a large brown building on the northeast corner of South Temple and 400 East. Our offices are located on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and 5th floor of this building. (Your specific provider may be located in suite 260 on the 2nd floor, in suite 300 on the 3rd floor, OR in suite 550 on the 5th floor). Contact us to find out which suite your provider is located in.

There is 2-hour parking available on the west side of the building (this parking lot can be accessed from South Temple). You can also park on the street on 400 East. If you need help with directions, please do not hesitate to contact our administrative staff at (385) 212-4195.
