Nick McEachern, CSW - Therapist

Nick is a therapist who values real connection, honest conversation, and a collaborative approach to change. He has over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges, building insight, and making meaningful, sustainable shifts.

His style is warm, grounded, and straightforward. Nick approaches therapy as a space where people can be fully themselves—where they can explore what’s working, what’s not, and what might need to shift. He works from a strengths-based perspective, trusting that each person already holds insight and resilience, even if it feels hard to access. His role is to help clients reconnect with those parts of themselves and support them in making changes that feel doable and real.

Nick works with people navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, navigating grief, and identity development. He is especially attuned to how larger systems and lived experiences shape our mental health. Nick is an LGBTQ+ affirming clinician who approaches therapy through the lens of Minority Stress Theory and Social Constructionism. He believes therapy should offer something practical—whether it’s a new perspective, a shift in approach, or a clear next step.

Talysha Rubey, LCMHC is Nick’s clinical supervisor.
