Lucy Hale

Therapist Intern

Lucy believes that healing and growth are fostered through self-understanding, self-compassion, and meaningful relationships. Drawing from psychodynamic, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches, she works with adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

She aims to create a collaborative and affirming space where clients of all backgrounds and identities feel safe exploring difficult emotions, relational patterns, and the challenges of everyday life. Her goal is to help clients build lives that feel authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with what matters most to them.

Lucy is currently pursuing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University and received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Dartmouth College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and in the kitchen with family and friends, reading, seeing live music, and chasing after her son and dog.

Jonathan Davis, LCMHC is Lucy’s clinical supervisor.
