Chelsea Boushka, ACMHC - Therapist
Chelsea (she/her) believes that the deepest healing happens in relationships. With each client, she actively works to create a therapeutic relationship where new patterns and ways of being can be safely explored and practiced. She most enjoys practicing from an attachment-based, interpersonal process lens. This involves exploring how your history and internal world impacts your relationship with self and others today. We also use our interactions and reactions in the therapeutic relationship to help us understand and make wanted changes in your life and relationships outside of therapy. Specific modalities used ultimately depend on individual client needs, and Chelsea believes in collaboratively working with the client to create joint goals and client ownership of the therapy process.
Since 2021, Chelsea has worked in outpatient, intensive outpatient, day treatment (PHP), and residential levels of care. She focuses on working with adults, families, and couples, and has experience working with teens and children as well.
Chelsea earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster University in 2025. She holds undergraduate degrees in Rhetoric & Writing and Corporate Communication from The University of Texas at Austin.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys mountain biking, running, nature, and being playful with her loved ones.
Talysha Rubey, LCMHC is Chelsea’s clinical supervisor.
