Brieanna Olds, ACMHC - Therapist

Brie believes the therapeutic relationship can be a unique, restorative place, not just to heal, but to gain confidence to take on challenges and find meaningful ways to live. Brie works with children, teens, and adults using attachment-based and relational theories, including Interpersonal Process Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to consider how past, present, and future relationships contribute to self - and worldview. In her work with pediatric clients, Brie creates a safe and nurturing space where children can explore and express their emotions using experiential models, helping your child feel seen, heard, and empowered as they grow.

In session, she seeks to create an environment that is collaborative and affirming, where clients feel respected, supported, and recognized as the expert in their own life, while being challenged to grow and navigate new ways of being. Brie is committed to understanding how cultural identities and the influence of society shape our experiences, and she values the diverse backgrounds clients bring to therapy.

Brie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Westminster University. She has experience supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, and life transitions. Brie loves all things arts and crafts—from crochet and reading to food, festivals, and concerts.
